A stone home,
above the Aegean

Androikies Stone is a traditional two-storey stone house nestled on the hillside above Agios Petros beach, just outside Gavrio. With three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a generous terrace framing uninterrupted sea views, it offers everything you need to slow down and settle into island life.

The house is faithful to the architecture of Andros — thick stone walls that stay cool in summer, arched doorways, and raw natural textures — updated with the comfort and light you want on holiday.

What makes it special

Sea Views

Wake up to the deep blue of the Aegean. The terrace and upper-floor bedrooms frame an unobstructed view of the sea and the bay of Gavrio.

Steps from the Beach

Agios Petros is one of Andros's most beloved sandy beaches, just 1.2 km away. The nearest beach is only 400 m on foot — no car needed for your morning swim.

Authentic Stone Architecture

Built in the traditional Andriot style — thick stone walls, terracotta details and two spacious floors that breathe in the island heat.

How to reach
Androikies

Andros is one of the closest Cycladic islands to Athens — easy to reach by ferry from Rafina port, with several daily departures in summer.

From Athens
Drive or take a bus to Rafina port (~45 min from Athens city centre, ~20 min from the airport).

Ferries to Gavrio run several times daily. Journey time is approximately 1 hour by fast ferry or 2 hours by conventional ferry.

Book tickets at ferryscanner.com or bluestarferries.com.
By Air
Andros has no airport. Fly into Athens International Airport (ATH), then head to Rafina port for the ferry.

Rafina is the closest port to the airport — only 20–25 minutes by taxi or 35–40 minutes by the Airport to Rafina bus.

This makes it one of the easiest island connections from any international flight.
From Gavrio Port to the House
Once you dock at Gavrio, Androikies is just 1.2 km away — an easy walk or a 3-minute drive towards Agios Petros beach.

Taxis are available at the port. Renting a car is recommended for exploring the island — there are rental offices in Gavrio and Batsi.

Exact directions will be shared upon booking confirmation.
