Andros Island, Greece
Gavrio · Agios Petros Beach
The House
Androikies Stone is a traditional two-storey stone house nestled on the hillside above Agios Petros beach, just outside Gavrio. With three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a generous terrace framing uninterrupted sea views, it offers everything you need to slow down and settle into island life.
The house is faithful to the architecture of Andros — thick stone walls that stay cool in summer, arched doorways, and raw natural textures — updated with the comfort and light you want on holiday.

Why Androikies Stone
Wake up to the deep blue of the Aegean. The terrace and upper-floor bedrooms frame an unobstructed view of the sea and the bay of Gavrio.
Agios Petros is one of Andros's most beloved sandy beaches, just 1.2 km away. The nearest beach is only 400 m on foot — no car needed for your morning swim.
Built in the traditional Andriot style — thick stone walls, terracotta details and two spacious floors that breathe in the island heat.
Amenities
Androikies Stone is set up for a comfortable, unhurried stay — from a fully equipped kitchen for long, lazy lunches to the shaded terrace made for evening wine.
Location
Gavrio is the main port of Andros — lively, unpretentious and perfectly placed for exploring the island. Androikies Stone sits just outside town, right by the long sandy stretch of Agios Petros, one of the finest beaches on the island.
Getting Here
Andros is one of the closest Cycladic islands to Athens — easy to reach by ferry from Rafina port, with several daily departures in summer.
